OUR STORY

Plavirox started in Hürth, a small city just outside Cologne, Germany, when two friends decided they wanted to make it simpler for people to find good quality items for their homes. Fabian Jardin and Celine Schmitt began working on the idea toward the end of 2024, and by mid December that year they had put the foundation in place for what would become Plavirox. The company was officially registered in January 2025 at the local court in Cologne, and from there the real work began.
From the start, the idea was straightforward. Fabian and Celine wanted a store where people could shop for the things that make a house feel like home, without wading through endless listings or wondering if what they were buying was actually worth it. They tested products themselves before adding them to the shop, and that habit has stuck around as the business has grown.
Since then, Plavirox has become an online home for household goods and everyday essentials. Whether someone needs something for the kitchen, a small upgrade for the living room, or practical items they reach for daily, the team keeps the selection curated rather than overwhelming, choosing pieces that are genuinely useful rather than just filling shelf space. Fabian and Celine still run the business together and remain based in Hürth, where it all began.
What hasn't changed is the reason they started in the first place. Plavirox exists to help people furnish and organize their homes with items that hold up to actual use, priced fairly, and backed by the kind of attentive service you get from a small, hands on team rather than a faceless warehouse.
