Where We Ship

At the moment, Plavirox only ships to addresses within Germany. We hope to expand to other countries in the future, but for now please make sure your delivery address is within Germany when you check out.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping — free, delivered within 4–5 business days.

• Express Shipping (Insured) — €2.95, delivered within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed. Our Express Shipping option includes shipping insurance for extra peace of mind.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed before 12:00 noon are generally handed over to our shipping partner the same business day; orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Please double check your delivery address before completing checkout. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, we can no longer guarantee that changes can be made. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@plavirox.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to help.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Occasionally, packages can be delayed once they're with our shipping partner, particularly around holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch with us at info@plavirox.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
