We want you to be happy with what you order from Plavirox. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you, or someone you've named, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply email us at info@plavirox.com with your order number and a clear statement that you'd like to withdraw from your purchase, for example: "I would like to return my order [order number]." You're welcome to use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

Sending Your Return
Once you've let us know you'd like to withdraw from your purchase, we'll send you the return address and any further instructions by email. Please pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and include your order number or delivery note if you can.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition, and with any labels or seals still attached where applicable. You have 14 days from the day you tell us you're withdrawing from the contract to send the item back to us.
Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, in which case we'll cover the cost of the return.

Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized for you, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, or proof that you've sent it back, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. We'll email you to confirm once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible at info@plavirox.com with a short description and a photo if you can. This is separate from your right of withdrawal, and your statutory warranty rights under German law apply in full and are not affected by anything in this policy.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, color or item instead of a refund, just email us at info@plavirox.com with your order number and what you'd like instead, and we'll let you know if it's available.
